 Really, this proyect started when Julián Lara born, but this could be very brief, so we´ll tell you the interesting version (ok, the extended version may tell himself to you, but not now), taking out details that have no connections with the reason why you are here.

 His parents started to take with them to the cinema so often, almost since he was in the craddle, so while the time passes by, he felt so comfortable in the cinema, or may be more comfortable in the cinema than in his house, but, of course, when the movie finished, and the lights got on, you had to go home.

 Since this things happened, his cinematographical hungry continued growing and growing, so faster that nothing could fill him. An exemple is if his father fell slept in the cinema, he watched the film twice.

 This movie-lover took the way to the dark side of the pictures so soon, from his childness, that reported him the longest and sweetest hours of sleeplessness, instread of the pleasure that gave him watch all kind of horror, fantastic, sci-fi, gore, giallo, zombies, werewolfe and many others monsters movies from that time.

 Sure that the nights were not spent alone, he was always with the zombies in the closet, any monster under the bed or simply anyone who were waiting in the dark for him to bite his hand.

 Once he left this age, he became a searcher of the cult movies. This way he watched the best horror, fantastic, gore, trash films, including of course short films scheduled in a couple of TV channels.

 Do you want to know wich are this jewels , this cult movies? "Bad Taste", "Meet the Feebles", "Braindead" from Peter Jackson.

 Anymore? Of course, "Evil Dead", "Evil Dead 2", "Army of Darkness" from Sam Raimi and with the best cult movies´ actor: Bruce Campbell in the role of Ash.

 Want more over? Could we be talking about zombies without do any mention to the master, George A, Romero? Thanks to him we have "The Night of the Living Dead" and two master pieces like "Dawn of the Dead" and "Day of the Dead".

 And we can not forget about the beloved Melvin, best known as "The Toxic Avenger" (Toxie for the frineds)and the sequels, well, any film produced by TROMA must be received wtih the open arms, knowing about the interest put by Lloyd Kauffman and Michael Herz thinking in the audience.
