Another yearly event in Los Angeles is the Monsterpalooza, that takes place in Burbank. It is a terrific event where you can just run into the make up master Rick Baker or meet the puppet masters Chiodo Bros, creators of the lovely and creepy little monsters of the ‘Critters’ movies, as well as lots of actors of the horror and fantasy movies you liked when you were a child, such as Dee Wallace, who played Elliot’s mother in ‘E.T.’. Among the famous attendees of this event is my friend Guillermo del Toro, who loves monsters, as you already may know.
