Before moving to Los Angeles, I was attending every year the Sitges Fantastic Film Festival. My first time there was in 2001, and my last visit was in 2010, just a few days before moving to L.A.
Every year I had so much fun with my friends at the After-Parties. Those parties take place in the famous Pachá nightclub at the marina, near the festival venue, and later in the night it continues at the hotel rooms. Fun until dawn, literally.
During those years I partied with important people such as Elsa Pataky, Eduardo Noriega, J. A. Bayona, and with friends like filmmaker Jaume Collet-Serra and my great buddie Pablo Riquelme, among others.
Also, this festival is very convenient for meeting your favorite horror filmmakers and make up artists like Tom Savini, Greg Nicotero, Robert Englund, and my beloved George A. Romero.
